# Assignment and Payment Principles
## Assignment acceptance
Before accepting an assignment you will be shown the relevant project, scope, evaluation requirements, quality standards, confidentiality requirements, submission requirements, payment terms and project-specific instructions. By accepting an assignment you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to those requirements.
## No guarantee of future work
Accepting or completing an assignment does not guarantee any future assignment or any minimum or fixed volume of work.
## Payment
Payment, where applicable, is determined by the terms accepted for the specific assignment. Payment is generally conditional on your work being submitted, accepted through quality assurance, and meeting the applicable requirements.
## Quality and rejection
Submissions that do not meet the applicable quality requirements or instructions may be returned for revision or rejected.
## Compliance with laws
Users are responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to their participation in the platform and activities performed through the platform. Additional jurisdiction-specific terms, notices or requirements may apply where required.
