# Client Platform Rules These rules apply alongside the Client Terms of Service. ## Requests and scoping Service requests are reviewed and scoped by Nam-AI-Eval. Submitting a request does not guarantee a quote or a project. ## Commercial terms Quotes describe the scope, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, payment terms and validity. Accepting a quote records your acceptance of those commercial terms. ## Confidentiality Client materials and project information are handled under the applicable confidentiality provisions. ## Compliance with laws Users are responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to their participation in the platform and activities performed through the platform. Additional jurisdiction-specific terms, notices or requirements may apply where required. ## Status of this document This document is a global-neutral platform framework. It is not a substitute for independent legal advice and does not address jurisdiction-specific legal requirements, which may be added through applicable overlays.
