The foundational terms that apply when you register and participate as a client on Nam-AI-Eval.
# Global Client Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Nam-AI-Eval platform as a client (an organization or individual commissioning evaluation, data or related services through the platform).
## 1. Your relationship with the platform
Submitting a service request, receiving a quote, or accepting a quote does not by itself create a binding project engagement until a project is established under the applicable project or assignment terms.
## 2. Accurate information
You confirm that the information you provide about your AI product, intended users and requirements is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
## 3. No guarantee of outcomes
While Nam-AI-Eval uses structured evaluation methods, specific evaluation outcomes, findings or improvements are not guaranteed.
## 4. Compliance with laws
Users are responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to their participation in the platform and activities performed through the platform. Additional jurisdiction-specific terms, notices or requirements may apply where required.
## 5. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity occurring under your account.
## 6. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the platform or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.
## 7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a new version becomes effective, the version and effective date will be identified, and re-acceptance may be required where material.
## 8. Status of this document
