# Contributor Confidentiality and Intellectual Property ## Confidentiality Project materials, evaluation content, test cases, client information and any non-public information you access through Nam-AI-Eval are confidential. You must not disclose, publish or reuse them except as expressly permitted by the applicable project instructions. ## Intellectual property Submissions you create are provided to Nam-AI-Eval and its clients for the purposes of the applicable project. You retain responsibility for ensuring your submissions are your own original work and do not infringe the rights of others. ## Duration Confidentiality obligations survive after a project or assignment ends. ## Compliance with laws Users are responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to their participation in the platform and activities performed through the platform.
