Global Contributor Terms of Service
Version 1.0
The foundational terms that apply when you register and participate as a contributor on Nam-AI-Eval.
# Global Contributor Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Nam-AI-Eval platform as a contributor (an individual who performs evaluation, data, assessment or related tasks through the platform).
## 1. Your relationship with the platform
You participate as an independent contributor. Registering as a contributor, completing a profile, being verified, being qualified, being selected, or being assigned work does not create employment, partnership or agency relationship with Nam-AI-Eval or with any client unless separately agreed in writing.
## 2. Eligibility and accurate information
You confirm that you may lawfully participate, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you will keep it up to date.
## 3. No guarantee of work or payment
Joining the contributor pool, being verified, being qualified, or being selected does not guarantee that you will receive any assignment, and does not guarantee any minimum or fixed payment. Payment, where applicable, is governed by the assignment terms accepted for each specific assignment.
## 4. Compliance with laws
Users are responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to their participation in the platform and activities performed through the platform. Additional jurisdiction-specific terms, notices or requirements may apply where required.
## 5. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity occurring under your account.
## 6. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the platform, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or interfere with the platform's operation.
## 7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a new version becomes effective, the version and effective date will be identified, and re-acceptance may be required where material.
## 8. Status of this document
