# Privacy Policy Framework This framework describes how Nam-AI-Eval handles personal information. It is a global-neutral framework; jurisdiction-specific privacy requirements may apply through overlays. ## Information we collect We collect account information provided during registration, profile details (including languages and skills for contributors), and information submitted in service requests. ## How we use information We use personal information to operate the platform, deliver services, manage projects, manage contributor verification, qualification and assignments, and communicate with users. ## Data isolation Clients access their own organization's data. Contributors access their own profile, tasks and submissions. Private contributor information is not exposed to clients. ## Legal acceptance Records of your acceptance of terms are retained to evidence which version of which terms you accepted, when, and in what context. ## Compliance with laws Users are responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to their participation in the platform and activities performed through the platform.
